We coordinate access to independent physicians, laboratories, treatment providers, logistics and recovery services. Contacting us is the start of a conversation, not a purchase or a guarantee of treatment.
Diagnosis, medical suitability, informed consent and the administration of any therapy are the sole responsibility of the independent treating physician or provider. The laboratories and treatment providers involved hold the applicable regulatory authorizations.
Regenerative medicine outcomes depend on individual biology, adherence and conditions outside our control. No specific result is guaranteed.
Any intervention requires written informed consent reviewed and signed in person before the procedure.
Specific cancellation and refund terms are provided in the personalized service agreement at the moment of booking, and govern over anything stated on the website.
